But I just got back from a woderful dinner with Cristina, HR for Starcom Miami. We ate the real deal American food - Mac&cheese, Corn bread, Ribs etc. I'm so full, which is a bit strange ..
So the text in italic up there was the sentences that actually had time to write before i fell asleep last night. I had a super nice evening with Cristina and didn't feel tired at all. Until I came up to my room and sat down in front of the computer, then the tiredness just came over me - and I passed out. :)
Anyway, right now it's about lunch time here and I'm waiting for the weather to stabilize a bit. I Looked out through the window before and thought it was all foggy but it was actually just raining. I guess, when it rains here... it RAINS. So I'm not too keen on getting caught out walking in that type of rain.
Of what I've seen so far, which basically is just a few blocks around the hotel, Miami seems to be kind of a go around by car-city. And as I understood it the public busses aren't that fun to ride - they're a bit more rough than in Sweden. So I thought about renting a car but I think I'm going to give it a week to see how much sparetime I'll have outside work.
The room here at extended stay is nice. It's Quite small but totally functional. I got a queenzize bed (i think, 1.40), a desk, a mini kitchen and a flatscreen TV, unfortunately its LG ;). Of course i have an AC as well.
OK that's it for now, think I should go out and explore the neighborhood - rain or not it's still around 30 degrees celcius so hello tropical heat! #loveit
